Yes we do! We ship to New Zealand, China, USA, Canada, UK and Ireland. Please contact us if you reside in countries other than the ones listed above.

Are the TCG products on your website real?

Yes, we only stock official licensed TCG items.

What shipping methods are available?

We offer both standard and express shipping

Is PSA grading included under the spend $200 get free shipping offer?

No, free shipping applies to product purchases only and does not include servicing items.

Custom 3D Cut-out Servive

What is a custom 3D cut-out?

A 3D cut-out is when we stack a couple of trading cards of the same artwork together and have different parts cut out to create depth within its artwork. See our post here for an example.

Can I get you to custom 3D cut-out cards for me?

Yes, we can create custom 3D cut-outs for you. However you are required to supply us the number of cards available and the cost of each cut out is $60 AUD + postage to you.

Payment Information

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Normally it takes 3-5 business days for parcel post and 1-2 business days for express post. However, due to COVID-19, please expect delays.

What payment methods are available?

We take payment via Paypal, AfterPay and Bank Transfer. You can also pay using credit card via Paypal and check out as guest.

How long is handling time?

1-2 business days.

For Bank Transfer, when should I pay?

Please make payment into our account within 2-3 business days. System will automatically cancel your order if we do not receive payment in a timely manner.

Do you offer Buy Now Pay Later options?

Yes! Our website offers Afterpay so you can split payments across 4 repayments.

Orders & Returns

I have preorders in my order, when will you ship?

If your order consists of preorder items, your order will be shipped once all items become available.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as guest on our website, but it is highly recommended you create an account so you can review your orders after placement.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Orders can be cancelled if it has not been dispatched. However, any fees charged by the payment provider will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. All shipping charges will be fully refunded.

How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking will be provided once your order is dispatched, please check your spams/junk folder if you do not receive it in your inbox. You can track your items on Australia Post’s website or on our orders tracking page here.

How Can I Return a Product?

If an item in your order has a defect, please contact us first and we will send you instructions on how to return an item.
