Submission Cut-Off Dates
Bulk submissions are due on the 1st of each month.
Both Economy/Standard submissions are due on the 15th of each month.
Express submissions are due on the 20th of each month
This means your cards will have to be delivered to us before this day to make it for the month’s submission.

Please note all submissions will incur a $11.50 flat rate express return charge.
Please note that a $2 fee per card will be applied to cards that are not fully described on the submission form.
At sole discretion of CGC, if they determine that the fair market value of the card is higher than the value stated at submission, CGC may move the card to the appropriate higher tier and the additional charge will be applied.
What happens next?
Please prepare your cards in penny sleeves and slot them within a cardsaver/toploader. You will need to ship or drop off your cards to us by the deadline above. Once we have received your cards, we will send a confirmation and finalise the grading process for you.
Throughout the process we will keep you updated to ensure maximum level of transparency and to ease your mind (we know its nerve wrecking to pass your cards to strangers). We will provide tracking details of your shipment to/from CGC, grading results and our return shipment to you.
